Vertical panels available for sides and ends (price is based on length of building)
Commercial size building prices include vertical panels.
Wainscoting (no additional charge for horizontal panels 9 feet and up); Additional fee for vertical panels and buildings that are 6, 7 and 8 feet tall.
Colored screws: 5% of base building price
Weather stripping and foam sealant available for the ridge eaves
4/12 pitch upgrade available, price is per bow/truss
12 Gauge steel framing upgrade from the standard 14 gauge frame (12 gauge is required in most Northern States)
Standard Certifications are for 30 psf (pounds of pressure per square foot) but we also offer the following for heavier snow loads: 60psf, 70psf and 90 psf.
Sherwin Williams Prime Paint upgrade is available and has its own warranty and extra layers of paint for a stronger finish
Insulation (roof only or full building):
Cupolas are available in the same colors as your building and include a weathervane (12 weathervane styles available)
Standard 2×2 Cupola without windows
Deluxe 2×2 Cupola with windows
Stock Weathervanes 30”
Choice of one included with purchase of a cupola.
