Warranty Information

If you have any issues with your building due to installation we offer a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty from the date of installation.

We stand behind and trust our materials so we are pleased to also offer the following:

• 20 year warranty against rust-through on the roof and side sheet metal and trim
• 10 year warranty on rust-through on the 14 gauge frame of buildings or carports
• 20 year warranty on rust-through on the 12 gauge frame of buildings or carports

This warranty covers the possibility that if your structure ever experienced rust-through to the point of weakness, we will replace the failed parts when you let us know within 20 years of ownership.

If you have an issue with your building just send us pictures of the area of concern and we will have our team review them. After review if the issue is covered by either the workmanship warranty or the installation warranty, we will have your custom building or carport repaired at no cost to you. This includes the construction, anchors, welding, attachment or any aspect of your metal building.

Please be aware that if you alter your building after installation in any way (some examples are adding power and electricity or your own insulation) this will void the warranty for the part of the building that has been tampered with. Warranties also assume normal care and maintenance.
